In 2009 the Augustinum Retirement-Home in Stuttgart-Killesberg was opened. Apartments in a favourably location and an upscale build-out are good conditions for a stable value investment. As a real estate appraiser I on the other hand, wonder about the future value development of this area, considering the "Stuttgart 21" tunnel building activity underneath this building area.

The probably most photographed house in Stuttgart is a residenz built by Hans Scharoun in the Weissenhof settlement. The Weissenhof estate is an estate of working class housing which was built in 1927. It was an international showcase of what later become known as the international style of modern architectur.
Visit at the prefab exhibition in Fellbach. About 60 houses of various providers are presented. An ideal opportunity to get informed about current trends in house building.
